THE FOUNDER HEINZ MANDERFELD
Heinz Manderfeld is a senior European digital media and marketing executive with more than two decades of experience operating at the intersection of strategy, media, data, and organisational design.
He has held leadership roles across international agency networks and independent firms, working with global brands on European and multi-market mandates. His background spans digital media strategy, organisational transformation, and decision-making at scale—often inside complex agency–client ecosystems where incentives are misaligned, and clarity erodes quickly.
Across these roles, one pattern became consistent:
execution capacity was rarely the constraint.
Decision quality was.
This company was founded to address that gap.
Heinz does not sell delivery, teams, or optimisation.
